MY WHY

Thank you for being here and getting curious about my story.

I am a ICF certified life coach in Seattle, and I originally started this work to share my passion for personal development with millennials craving meaning and connection.

Living in the fast-paced innovation center of the universe in San Francisco years ago made me realize how elusive living a fulfilled life can be; something we’re constantly chasing while watching the clock tick by. I felt adamant not to accept that reality, and I know you feel the same way. Life is too damn precious.

Along my journey, I discovered my natural propensity for guiding and holding space. I realized my life purpose was to help in that deeper way; to empower others (and myself!) to fully show up and give loving attention to the extraordinary lives we have been given. As a certified coach, Enneagram expert, communications professional and life-long learner, I've found that fulfillment comes through defining motivations, pinpointing fears, noticing blind-spots, and working closely with other human beings to build resonance in the things that make our hearts sing. In those moments time finally starts to slow down.

Ultimately, I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, appreciated, and blissfully alive. That is my mission for all of you every day.

MORE ABOUT JENNA

It’s exhilarating to think about how far people I’ve worked with have come. I get a front row seat to the magic they are processing each day. It’s a tremendous honor to stand alongside dreamers who are literally creating their precious ideal life.
— JENNA STARKEY

Since kicking off her business in the fall of 2015, she has helped more than 500 individuals (over +2000 hours) imagine and create what a fulfilling life means to them.

The passion to coach started years ago. Jenna volunteered to be a sample client for a coach in training — and found herself deeply moved by the experience.

She felt gears deep inside that desperately wanted to move begin to turn. And, she found tremendous gratitude for the opportunity to be seen, heard and held emotionally, spiritually and intellectually.

It was then that she knew, coaching was the connection and experience she had been searching for. And so, she took a risk. She left her corporate career and began training to serve others.

Today, Jenna is trained beyond the personal development basics having been accredited by The International Coaching Federation (ICF) receiving her ACC and PCC with a certification in the Co-Active Coaching Model at The Coaches Training Institute. She also has been trained in The Enneagram (accredited Integrative Enneagram practitioner), Design Thinking, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Marcus Buckingham’s Strengths Finder, Neuro Linquistic Programming (NLP), Appreciative Inquiry, Landmark Forum, Lyra Health's coach training and BetterUp's Whole Person Model training.

Additionally, she co-leads the Seattle chapter of Women Catalysts, a community of women supporting each other to take action in their lives. She also regularly practices meditation and recently completed her 200+ yoga teacher training certification at The Grinning Yogi in Seattle, which has transformed her coaching and inspired her to weave in a grounding, presence-focused and somatic expression to her work.

It’s clear she brings a bit of everything to her practice. And, while Jenna helps clients find the courage to quit jobs, begin relationships and ignite entirely new lives — she often falls in love with how creative and powerful each person can be.
